I believe you are the same Dr Behrendt who performed heart surgery on our daughter at the U of M hospital in 1982. You corrected Christina’s endo cardial cushion defect along with Dr Spicer as the Fellow. Christina is now 37 years old, healthy and active in Special Olympics sports year-round! Thank you! Our son had just asked us if we remembered the names of her doctors. Indeed we did! That surgery was a life-altering event for us! Again, thank you!
