Why does this site only show his glowing 5 star reviews? this is why i went to him because there are no bad reviews! after i checked google, i realize that he had ripped off other patients! Look on google or other sites. i ould have never visited his office if i had seen all the warnings. i went to see him for an enlarged lymph node in my neck and discomfort in my ear. he was in a hurry, never read my chart to even know why i was there, tried to sell me a surgery for something i wasnt even seeing him about, told me to buy hydrocortisone at the grocery store to fix my ear, then never said a thing about my lymph node. things were so rushed i realized when i got home that he hadnt even addressed my lymph node, so i called. that question took 2 days to be answered. the nurse told me that he saw my sinuses and got distracted and forgot to talk about it, so i would have to come back and PAY FOR ANOTHER APPOINTMENT. read other websites for the truth

Absolutely the BEST! Very passionate about how he helps you. So caring and has truly made a huge difference in my life! I finally have relief after 15 plus years of sinus issues. I would highly recommend Dr Cowan to anyone having ENT problems. A blessing for sure ??

Dr Cowan took excellent care of my elderly mother and got her speaking voice back. We appreciated his speedy scheduling of her procedure and the wonderful caring staff who took such good care of her.

A few years ago, I went to Dr. Cowan after having another ENT doing a botched surgery on the removal of a submandibular gland (twice). He went in and cleaned it out and gave me the best care ever. Now, 5 years later, I am feeling healthy and have no problems with it. He is compassionate, caring, understanding, and the best ever. I am forever grateful to him and his staff. My only regret is that I should have went to him in the beginning. Thank you, Dr. Cowan.

Dr. Cowan was super nice, and very informative. He did a procedure that opened up the air flow through my left nostril. He made me feel at ease about the procedure. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I absolutely recommend him and the clinic overall. Thanks!

I couldn't be more impressed by Dr. Cowan. He's highly knowledgable, patient, personable, and an outstanding educator. He provided me with a diagnosis regarding a disequilibrium and inner ear disorder when a neurologist couldn't. I give Dr. Cowan my highest recommendation!

Dr. Cowan is an excellent Otolaryngologist. He diagnosed and treated my nasal cavity problem and I have been symptom free for over 2 years, can't recommend him and his staff enough. Top notch practice!

Such a wonderful doctor and person! Removed tonsils and adenoids for 2 of my young children and made them feel so comfortable. Very easy to talk with and great nursing staff. Really goes above and beyond to answer any questions you have and make the experience as pleasant as possible. Would for sure recommend to anyone!!

Dr. Cowan and the entire staff at ENT Associates are awesome! Waiting time is minimal and they take the time necessary to listen and answer your questions. Dr. Cowan was comforting, understanding, and very knowledgeable. They even have a text line that gives you unbelievable access anytime, even after hours. A nurse friend recommended Dr. Cowan, and I couldn't be more pleased.

From the 1st visit last month to today's surgery, Dr. Cowan & staff have been amazing! My 5 yr old has had recurring ear infections for about a year now & with no resolve from his pediatrician, we switched doctor's & asked for a referral to an ENT. I'm so thankful we were referred to Dr. Cowan. We were able to find out that because of all the fluid in our son's ears, he was experiencing hearing loss which would clear up from placing tubes, he also needed to have his adenoids taken out.

I've only seen Dr. Cowen once but will be going back to him. He truly cares about his patients. Explained what was going on with me alot better than the previous specialist I seen, also didnt act like it was no big deal. I made another appointment with him for a totally different issue Im having immediately after. He also offered to not charge me for my next visit with him as he knew my insurance is not the best and Im tight on money. I love this guy. Definitely recommend him. Youll be glad!
