Fantastic Medical Office
My Wife and I have been patients here for over 30 years. The entire medical office has been wonderful at every level. I was very sad to see some of the negative reviews but some people write negative product reviews because a delivery person kicks a box. So please evaluate fairly. This office helped with early detection of my Wife's cancer and complete survival for 5 years currently. This office has also helped me over the 30 years keep me healthy and out of the Emergency Room or Hospital. I love the entire team at Bucks Family Medicine for all of the dedication in a very difficult field with the public. I HIGHLY recommend this medical office.

Zero follow through
My husband received some diagnosis and referrals he didn't understand so I called and asked to speak to the PA so I could explain to my husband what was going on and I was told the physicians wont call patients back and if I wanted them to speak to me I would have to make another appt. My husband was told they saw something on his ekg that was abnormal, when Candance called me back with an attitude I was told it was because he was over weight and had high blood pressure, only when I mentioned the ekg did she say "well there isnt anything in his chart about it but they did see some abnormal waves" I AM A NURSE. I just wanted to know what waves so I could calm my husband down. I dont understand the lack of caring here. I work for a physician (not a pcp) who calls his pts back all the time.

Please go somewhere that cares
NO ONE here cares. Not the receptionists, not the nurses, not the doctors. My husband was misdiagnosed TWICE!!! They told him that he had an awful auto-immune disease, and that he did NOT have another auto-immune disease. They were wrong on BOTH accounts!!! And he lived with these diagnosis for years!!! Please dont settle and go somewhere that cares and that does their job the right way!

The receptionist (who was incredibly rude) scheduled my appointment for the wrong day. Then i called and asked to reschedule i was told i had missed the appointment and owed them $50 for a no show. The appointment was missed because the staff scheduled it wrong. They has selected the wrong monday in the calendar and told me i still had to pay the fee.

In almost 10 years of going here I have not ONCE been taken seriously. I've had complaints of a severe headache (in the same spot) and nerve pain for the past 2 years and nothing has been done. I've never seen a doctor (only PA's) Megan told me that she is not going to waste the resources on ordering "unnecessary imaging" for a healthy person. Not to mention this but they completely neglected to inform me about labwork performed almost six months ago that was consistent with immediate retesting and treatment. I informed them about this (and how the labwork lines up perfectly with the symptoms I have been experiencing) and they deleted my web portal and told me to come pick up my records. I have now been waiting 3 weeks to get in with another doctor for something that should have been treated in August. The ignorance here baffles me. After talking to a few friends in the area they have similar experiences. Save yourself the time and anxiety and just do not go here.

Although I have never seen Dr files myself the other Doctors were good. After many years the staff had changed and not for the better. The front office staff are not professional or competent . The office manager Jagger is the most unprofessional person I have ever met in the medical field . He really should not be in the office manager position as he does not know how to speak to people and remain professional. The office dismisses patients and refuses to treat them with no notice ( abandonment) just because jagger doesn’t like to hear patients question the staffs actions . I do not recommend this office to anyone .

It is crazy that when you request a referral to a chiropractor for multiple issues including sciatica this office refuses to give you one because their family practice providers can do adjustments. I was not comfortable with that and a chiropractor is covered under my insurance. Plus they couldn’t get me in as quickly as the chiropractor. The insurance company even called them and they hung up on the rep from the insurance company!!!

I had a sudden attack of very painful diverticulitis! It of course got unbearable at 6:00 a.m on a Sunday morning! I left a Dr. Msg. Dr. Files called me. I’m not his patient. He was a miracle worker. He trusted my experience, ordered my meds & I woke up later that morning w/hardly any pain!! I’ve had diverticulitis many years & that’s the 1st time I ever felt soo good soo fast. Extremely great experience. He was nice & courteous & respectful. I’d recommend him to everyone??

I’ve been coming to this office for a long time.. I used to really like it. Over the last 5 years or so.. the receptionists and billing have such bad attitudes!! I feel like I’m on the defense whenever I speak to them. I’m being very polite, why the attitude? Don’t take anger out on patients. ????

I would highly recommend Dr. Files and Bucks Family Medicine for your children and adults. On one visit I had to have a very serious procedure and Dr. Truman put her arms around me and said " We love you and you are like family", that made me feel good and helped relieve a lot of the anxiety. This office/staff is excellent.

From my initial call as a new patient through to the exam, diagnosis, and treatment all of the staff were super. Jenny, who took my initial call, was very friendly and helpful and perfect for a first contact. The nurses and doctor were very friendly and helpful. I arrived early and was processed immediately and was waiting for the doctor before my appointment time. The doctor was very thorough and allowed me as much time necessary to talk about my problem.
