Called for an appointment. Was told computer server was down and they were unable to schedule. I was then told to call back in 3 days. Also, told appointments would be 2-3 week out after that. I am in severe back pain and would never use this doctor or any at that facility.

Dr. Hemler is a caring, kind, and knowledgeable doctor. He explains and takes his time with you. However, his staff is rude crude and social unacceptable! The office manager is ready to fight at anytime. She is a right fighter. She thinks she right no matter how wrong she is. I would recommend Dr. Hemler. I would also recommend to Dr. Hemler to get rid of his staff and start overA lot of Dr.s surround them selves with watch dogs but a good watch dog barks his bite chew you up and spit you back.

I was referred to Dr. Hemler for debilitating lower back pain. He was very kind and took a lot of time to listen to my story, and explain in detail what he recommended as treatment. He juggled his schedule to fit me in to try to lower the pain, and then fit me in again to accommodate my travel schedule. He even went further to give me a referral at my travel destination to keep my treatment on schedule. He is very knowledgeable, very kind, very courteous. I highly recommend him.

The office staff is horrific and makes it difficult to make an appointment and fails to return calls. They complain if it has been 8 months since you have been in (meaning my health is improving). Lack of follow-up with insurance companies on coverage and long wait times for appointment.

Don’t waste your money. They don’t care about your health, just what’s in your purse or bank account. The staff and receptionist must get bonus checks if they’re exceptionally rude.

Had an Appointment today, Dr. Hemler was 25 minutes late and was rude and told me he was too busy and advised me to leave and obtain my opioids elsewhere. The experience very unprofessional and disappointing to think this individual is to assist patients with medical needs.

At my first appt I was started on 1200mg gabapentin for sciatica. They require a monthly in-house appt for refill, but didn't tell me that until I called in for a refill. They dealt with it somehow, but I almost ran out of meds, would have had to stop cold turkey. At later appts they always forget to schedule a refill appt. I usually remind them, but once I forgot and had to endure the above hassle again. Previous docs have given me gabapentin, but no other has had the monthly appt refill rule.

Dr. Hemler has no patience what so ever. I saw him 4 times and he kept confusing me with another patient with the same name and based my diagnosis on that persons injury. I told him several times that was not my injury and he was confusing me with his other patient. He blew up and told me he knew what he was talking about, walked out of the room and slammed the door. Never again will I see him.

I was at the end of my rope as to what to do for my pain that was leaving me unable to walk. From the get go the front desk staff was rude. Ignored me when I went up to the desk, I was made to feel unwanted as a patient from the very beginning. Several rescheduled apts over 3 months after my MRI because Dr Hemler decided not to come into work twice, both on my apt days. Good luck getting an apt scheduled after you are a patient, they never call you back. I could say more but im out of room.
