I had a terrible experience with Dr. Douglas Kaiden at Citymd. I came in with severe chest pain and high anxiety, but instead of examining me, he immediately dismissed my concerns and told me to see a therapist without checking me at all. When I insisted on being evaluated, he condescendingly asked, “What are you so worried about? That you’ll have a heart attack?” instead of doing his job. I was also left in the exam room for 30 minutes with no updates while in distress. His carelessness and lack of professionalism are unacceptable. If you want a doctor who listens and actually does their job, avoid Dr. Kaiden.

City MD Visit
I saw DR. Kaiden at City MD on 88th and Broadway today . He was very attentive , spent time listening to me. He gave me good medical advice . I would go back to him again if needed and highly recommend him. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I had pneumonia and Dr. Kaiden had me up and running in 2 days. Not only gave me standard antibiotics but also helped me with various other elements of the illness (breathing, cough, probiotics etc) that most doctors don't have time to explain.

Wow! I was blown away by this doctor. The staff in his office could not have been nicer and more efficient. The doctor took time to hear my concerns and give me the proper workup, diagnosis and treatment. Kudos to you, Dr. Kaiden!

Dr. Kaiden is terrific with kids. I brought my son to him after he hit his head in a football game and he evaluated him, spoke clearly with us (his parents), and helped arrange appropriate and prompt follow up
