Referred to him from an RN friend. He was wonderful, honest and straight forward. Removed my daughters tonsils and we were very happy we chose him.

I had a tonsillectomy performed by Dr. Douglas Klotch .After the surgery he was crude and disrespectful. He has absolutely no bedside manner or even basic respect. He mocked my fever, low oxygen, and high pain level. He called me an invalid and that I was acting like a two year old. I am absolutely disgusted by how he treated me the day after surgery.

Bad expedience with Dr Klotch. Didn't diagnosed any decease and left me with PAIN saying he doesn't see anything.He was not into his patient , he listen me a few second and run away, not answering my questions or concerns. Now I have to find another doctor.

Amazing doctor. Gives you the facts, alternatives and answers any questions you have thoroughly. He did not push an unnecessary procedure and his attitude was warm and uplifting. The nurse and receptionist were welcoming as well.

I believe he's the only ENT who was on the right track diagnosing me out of 3 ENT's I've seen including one who did surgery that did not to resolve the reason I went to him to being with (lazaro)
