Not sure what has happened. But the patient service has changed since I began going there. I've been a patient for many yrs but it seems that the service is just not there anymore like it used to be. The scheduling has become a nightmare can't seem to get refills called in the Secretary makes you feel like your putting her out if you call and ask for anything. Even for the simplest things it takes many hours if not days to get response. Good ol days of working for the patient is gone

Dr. Marshall is very helpful, professional, and kind. He listens carefully to what I have to say, and I feel that he goes out of his way to help me get the best value for my healthcare dollar. He conducted a very thorough head to toe exam and obtained a detailed health history from me on my first visit. It is clear that he wants to be well informed about my health needs.
