Recommended: Concise, effective, surgeon!
I simply cannot describe a single bad encounter with this ear nose and throat surgeon. I've referred friends/family to him with great success as well. Not only is he a professional, he has a great attitude, and world class level experience in this field of expertise. Thank you for everything, Dr. Doug Raedy!

This guy is a total quack, I was sent to him while shopping for hearing aids. The audiologist said Dr. Ready might be able to fix my hearing surgically in which he said," I can fix you up cause this is what I do. Now every day after 3 surgeries my hearing is twice as bad, dizzy spells everyday, and he messed the one half working ear worse along with my bad ear is beyond fixing, even with hearing aids. Stay away from this quack, you'll be sorry.

I highly recommend Dr. Raedy for your ENT needs! I first met with Dr. Raedy about two months ago. I gave him my list of symptoms, also contributing to my TMJ condition. Dr. Raedy did sinus surgery on me a month ago. For as long as I can remember, I've been unable to breath through my nose or smell. I had constant, chronic sinus infections and headaches for years. I had pain in the temple and neck area, and swollen glands and a sore throat. I was treated with multiple antibiotics, sometimes back to back, to try to clear sinus infections and bronchitis. Once it was cleared it would return in a month or two. Since my surgery my breathing has improved to at least 80 percent. Dr. Raedy has me on gentle rinses, nose sprays and and will see me in a couple of weeks for post-op. I am amazed how my sinuses are opened up and it has also greatly relieved my headaches and tightness caused by being so plugged up. Thank you Dr. Raedy to you and your staff for giving me such great relief

When I googled Ear nose and throat taking Medicaid, this office comes up first, as a site that accepts Medicaid. We’ve adopted 4 young children and 2 need hearing checks. I walked over recently while at Glenkerry for another appt and was told they do not accept Medicaid. Update your site. It says you do accept it and google is paid to bring your site up first by you. Not so pleasant either. I do not have Medicaid and wouldn’t come here.

Dr. Raedy is an incompetent surgeon. He performed a septoplasty on me. Caused permanent nerve damage. I also contracted a staph infection from the surgery. He mismanaged my pain, failed to properly treat the infection, and his equally incompetent PA provided negligent and harmful advice through it all. I was forced to seek treatment from a different doctor to stabilize the botched surgery and may still need skin grafting to close the nasal lesion caused by the infection. Beware.

I found him to be pompous and didn't listen to me. Cut me off as I was trying to explain. Not warm. Impressed with himself. Wouldn't recommend him

Dr. Raedy saw me almost two hours after my appointment time as he was running that far behind. His PA was very nice, but Dr. Raedy came in for less than 5 minutes with a medical doctor in training and jumped to conclusions that he had no clue about because he literally had just met me. The PA (Melissa) had a full plan that seemed reasonable. He came in and did an over-ride on her plan and was the most insensitive doctor who was completely full of himself. I will not ever go back.

After waiting 2 months for my appointment, I waited thirty five minutes before going to the front desk and asking if I could be rescheduled. The patients time is valuable too! Instead I was asked to wait 10 minutes, then called back, only to wait another 30 minutes and to hear the doctor go in to the patient who was two ahead of me. I understand, things happen and a dr. gets behind but after a hour and 15 minutes and you won't see me or let me reschedule?! I walked out and will never be back!
