Dr. Douglas Ragland, MD

I had a virtual visit with Dr. Ragland and it went well. I was able to speak with him about my concerns and he took the time to address them, offer great suggestions and education of the diagnosis. It was a telehealth appointment so I went in with the expectation of it being a short visit which I was looking for. I have a regular MD and will follow up with him when my appointment time comes. This was a very good alternative which put my mind at ease.

I literally had a 2 minute visit with him and was charged $119!!! He did nothing! Didn’t listen to me, assumed I needed a mental evaluation and hung up the call!! I am filing a complaint!

I kid you not, my appointment with Dr. Ragland was no more than 2 minutes for a serious concern I had. A patient left a review advising Dr. Ragland hung up without saying goodbye, I had that same experience. I was left dumbfounded and confused he just hung up the phone the way he did. He didn’t give me any information, health tips or what I should do moving forward. He just sent my prescription to the pharmacy and emailed my lab order. He literally said, you can pick up your prescription today and your lab order will be emailed to you. I told him thank you and he literally just hung up our video call. Never experienced anything like this before. Again, he never once asked about my concerns or what I should do moving forward. Literally, sent my prescription and emailed lab order then hung up.

Uninformed and insensitive. Rushed through our appointment within 2 minutes and hung up the call without even saying goodbye. Do not schedule with him through Plush Heath.

I have never had a worse experience with a doctor. I could hardly believe how rude and unhelpful he was.

Insensitive, inattentive, impatient and certainly unprofessional. Do not recommend anyone talk to this doctor

My virtual visit through PlushCare was perfect. Initial doctor left out important med. I can understand why. But I was able to discuss this with Dr. Ragland. He took care of my medical needs. Thank you Dr. Ragland!! And thank you PlushCare for saving my vacation!

He should retire before he damages someone else . He doesn't know what a narcotic is, doesn't know what diverticulosis/itis is, doesn't care that they patient is seeing an oncologist and a kidney specialist. Assumes the patients problems are from narcotics, even though the patient hasn't been on narcotics. The patients primary care Dr. was sure that the patient was admitted to the hospital and is very upset with Ragland for drawing conclusions without finding out what the patient has been suffer
