As a “senior” I was comfortable with his demeanor and straightforwardness. I felt very comfortable with him.

Excellent experience with Dr. Rosen
Dr. Rosen performed a colon resection on my husband 6 weeks ago. This was a serious surgery with a couple of aspects that complicated the surgery. He has recovered incredibly well with absolutely NO problems. From the moment we met him, Dr. Rosen demonstrated that he was informed about my husband's particular situation, had an excellent plan in place, and let us know about possible complications which he would mitigate through careful planning and executing of the surgery. Additionally, when we met with the colonoscopy physician prior to surgery, we found that everyone in the office highly recommended Dr. Rosen and used him themselves when anything to do with their colon needed to be addressed. To our thinking, you can get no higher recommendations than from medical staff who know the back story of a doctor's records and practices. We are extremely grateful for Dr. Rosen's work.

I have met him at least 4 Times so far. He might be a good surgeon but he never gives good amount of time to speak with patients. I felt he is in hurry and rushing always. One suggestion is that patient would have waited for weeks to month time for an appointment, as. Doctor he should give atleast 5 mins to explain the problem and questions .

Dr. Rosen saved my life, having me transported to Novant for emergency colon cancer surgery, successfully removing a tumor that had completely blocked my colon. His care and attention was phenomenal and we are so thankful that he was able to handle things so quickly. I highly recommend Dr. Rosen and any of his staff (his nurses are amazing, too!) and you should know you are in excellent hands when under his care.

I came in at age 27 with what I thought was Crohn's disease. I was in a ton of pain and wanted my quality of life back. I had a laparoscopic procedure for Crohns and Dr. Rosen found it was my appendix instead! He treated me and my family with respect, listened to me and heard my tiredness with my battle. Since my surgery I have my quality of life back with no complications! Dr. Rosen is a wonderful doctor and I would reccomend him to anyone!
