Ive used Rothrock for a year trusting him with my health needs I just suffered a serious face trauma fracturing my cheek and eye orbit. After surgery I began to suffer acute anxiety and panic attacks (PTSD). I called his office to ask fir a prescription of anti anxiety meds of which he would not comply. I was not able to come to the office. I begged his nurse to ask him for a small supply to help with meds of which he flatly refused. I expressed my disappointment and disgust only to have it ignored. obviously I will no longer be his patient and I will never recommend him again.

Dr. Rothrock helped save my wife's life almost 30 years ago. Born with an atrial septal defect, my wife's health was deteriorating and Dr. Rothrock stepped in. He found the right surgeon to do the (at that time) very risky surgery, and helped ensure that her recovery went well. She's now in the best health of her life ... at nearly age 60! If she wouldn't have had that surgery, she probably would've died by age 40. Forever grateful.

Staff called to see why I was in hospital and did I have pro time done. Neither one applies. Was given wrong info on lab results. Was prescribed a supplement for supposed high cholesterol. Recalled too much could cause liver damage. Asked about this, doctor said he didn't know. Got my copy of lab results. Cholesterol was excellent, total cholesterol was 191, was told it was 211. No faith in either the doctor or staff. Complete incompetence.

I appreciate Dr. Rothrock's broad approach to care for our bodies. He explains and shows a sense of caring beyond the norm. Prevention and education are important components in his well rounded approach to patient health. He seems to practice what he preaches.

No follow up. Missed severe problem on the test results, then said oops need stents right away. No family interaction or all negative . Left family and patient feeling they would not survive a basic stent procedure. No confidence in him. would give NO STARS if possible.
