I enjoy every time I go to Rheumatology Associates. My visits are “ so to the point”. If I have questions or concerns, I leave there knowing I have been heard and the particular problem will be addressed promptly. Neither Dr. Smith nor any of his nurses or assistants have ever made me feel like I am just “taking up space”. If you choose this practice, you will have made a wise choice.

Dr Smith is a very kind and caring doctor!! From day one of being his patient I have felt very comfortable with him. I am a Leukemia Survivor that has been through a lot of chemo. My last rheumatologist wanted to put me on a chemo pill and when I refused it she didn’t understand why. I knew then there she hadn’t even read my charts. Not Dr Smith he came in and was reading everything on my chart. When he said that he had read that I had had leukemia I was thinking ok this is the rheumatologist for me! He knows my history now. I have told quite a few people about Dr Smith I wish they would listen to me when they say they don’t like the rheumatologist they go to and just give Dr Smith a chance. I know he could help them. Thank you Dr Smith for being such a caring person!!

Exactly how a health care experience should be! From the friendly schedulers, receptionists, nursing staff, lab techs as well as the other physicians in the office. Everyone is kind and courteous. Dr Smith has a wonderful approach to patient care. He listens carefully, performs a complete review of systems with you while doing his assessment, takes the time to explain what he is checking and why, thoughtfully delivers his plan of care all while asking for your input and how you feel about his plan and treatment recommendations. He has a very pleasant manner and sense of humor. I always leave feeling heard and even with the discomforts of arthritis I leave the office with a smile. Well done Dr Smith and staff!!

Dr. Smith is the most thorough Dr. I have had the pleasure to visit in my eighty years. He is an excellent listener. And, he is extremely explicit and concise with his treatment plan. I have complete confidence in Dr. Smith!

Dr. Smith is attentive to what I say is hurting and has compassion. He always tries to find the best treatments for my condition.

I was in for an infusion this time. But every visit has been a pleasant experience. Everyone is professional with a sense of humor. Only problem is the infusion room is freezing.

At my appointment this past week I was so thankful he addressed all my struggles and also gave me an injection to ease the pain in my knee.
