Our experience with Dr. Thompson was fabulous. Not only was our IVF successful, we received the highest level of care at all times. I felt better able to support myself emotionally because I was well-informed of what to do next and how and what our options were. We were always given an honest assessment of how likely things were to work out. This was an involved process and having realistic expectations helped to keep us calm. That and we never waited longer than ten minutes to be seen upon arrival. This office is a well-oiled machine. I am a bit wary of the commercialization and insurance-ification of medicine. One feels like a number, and there is not time for holistic health considerations over money-making procedures. Dr. Thompson and his team are shining examples of what is best in medicine. They truly care, and will spend more time than one would anticipate just to talk to you. Dr. T himself goes above and beyond on little things to make you comfortable. Above all this, they & their lab are on top of the latest in tech.
