A doctor you could easily be good friends with.
Dr. Dylewski's informal, easy-going, laid-back personality is what struck me most. The necessity of seeing a Urologist made me nervous to begin with, but his personality and confidence in himself, his knowledge and experience worked to alleviate my concerns. He has a couple of good videos on YouTube worth watching. I highly recommend him.

Crude, Rude, and Unprepared
I took my 90-year-old grandma to see him due to recurring UTI’s. He was crude in reference to my grandma’s body parts, swore, and spoke over us. He ordered two procedures to be done so we decided to stick with him rather than do another initial appointment. Shortly after procedures were done Grandma ended up in ER and being kept in the hospital so we could meet with the urologist. The hospital staff put in the request Saturday night for a visit from his team andsaid the doctor on call would come Sunday. No doc came Sunday. Dr. Dylewski came Monday with nothing in hand and no information on what was going on. I asked him questions which he couldn’t answer. He accused me of attacking him, giving the excuse that he doesn’t walk around with a mile-high binder with all the information he needs. I tried suggesting that there would be information in a computer about what was going on and that I was just asking questions so I could understand. He continued to yell over me and use cuss words.

Office will never, never, never answer the phone.
Dr. Dylewski ordered CT scan close to 2 weeks back. I have not received a call as of today. Two days ago went to office to see if could get the results. Office staff states results not received from imaging center. Called imaging center and they sent report days ago and stated this Dr and his office will never respond. He is a great doctor but if you don't respond to patients you will be out of business.

Family member passed, turned phone off during week I was out of state. Responded to their voicemails immediately upon my return to the area. No answer for a long time. Finally was able to leave a message that i was responding to their voice messages. Their message says allow 1 business day for a response. No Call. Called again on second business day. Still long wait for message machine to answer and still "No Human". Still waiting for callback from doctor's office, but not holding my breath. Ridiculous

Hello?!! Anyone at this office? – Oct 17, 2021
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Dylewski?
Stay far away from the Kingwood office. My husband had his surgery in early June 2020. It is now Jan 2021 and we still do not know if the surgery was effective or what the next steps are. We have spent MONTHS trying to get a hold of this office. My husband has left countless messages, he calls MULTIPLE times a week. I have emailed the initial appointment request email address multiple times, I have facebook messaged and I can see where the message was read and no one has ever responded. He has only received one phone call back 2 months after the last labcorp drop off to tell him they can't find anything. We have yet to be able to get in contact with them again. In short of showing up at the office, which my husband is unable to do because of his work schedule and location and their hours, we are left to writing this review. Both times he dropped off the necessary information at labcorp it has been lost initially then told the surgery wasn't successful and to test again, then a

The star is for the sole purpose of writing a review. HORRIBLE...HORRIBLE MANNERS. WOW. He was the on call doc for the evening. I explained that med to help pass stone was giving me blood pressure side affects. His reply "well stop taking it" and then when I asked about passing my stone he said "the medications not magic hopefully you'll pass it." Shame on you, just because Dr. is before your name that's your license to be a JERK.

Dr. Delewsky was called in after complications from a serious surgical mistake by different doctor. Initially, his manner eased the extreme anxiety my husband and I were dealing with. At follow-ups and subsequent surgery he provided precise and highest-level care for my case. We are grateful for his expertise and are pleased to recommend him.

Dr. Dylewski diagnosed my prostrate cancer and was very kind. He explained exactly what was going on inside and, he provided me with information on treatment options. He helped me decide and recommended a treatment center. Later, when I developed severe sepsis from radiation treatment, he saw me immediately and sent me to the ER. He then visited me in the ER to be sure all was going well. His office staff is caring and efficient. Waiting time was short for first visit, and there was no waiting for my crisis situation--I came in the door and they sent me in. I always feel very confident with his skills, knowledge, and "bedside manner."
