Dr. Hall is well trained is very attentive. He shows geniune concern for my long term health needs.

Dr Hall is very accessible, is a good listener, has a sense of humor, and is a man of strong character and values. Other reviews about difficulty with office staff are true but are about the poorly run office he left a couple years ago when he opened his own practice. His new office staff are happy, pleasant, helpful, and responsive. I am a retired senior executive and my wife and I are both pleased with Dr Hall.

I am a retired nurse and have to compliment Dr. Hall in several areas. He is a great listener, diagnostician and very knowledgeable internist. He is very knowledgeable in chronic illness, and works well with your other providers to coordinate care. He is an outstanding doctor in my areas of chronic illness as I age and his staff are kind, good listeners, and very helpful. I have had an excellent plan of care by this outstanding doctor.

Dr. Hall is the best most thorough Internal Medicine doctor you will find. He takes time with his patients and doesn't rush you.

I think Dr. Hall is the best doctor I've ever had. I love the way he thinks out loud, it makes me feel like I'm included in the decision about my health. He opened his own practice and he and staff are amazing!

Dr Hall has been my Doctor for 10 years. He also has cared for my boys and wife as well. He is always kind, focused, and very approachable with regards to questions and concerns. I remember when he came into the office with a black eye from playing sports. We had a good laugh on him that day. He is a great listener and has a very good memory. Dr Hall has been my primary care physician for three years. He has always listened. I have several health problems and he has helped to manage all of them. He always explains his reasoning. I appreciate that.

Exactly what I want from a doctor! I have complicated health issues which require Dr to be up on latest medical info and to spend time with me during appts. Dr Hall is fantastic.

Dr Hall is a knowledgeable practitioner who exhibits patience and understanding. He listens to you and both of us arrive at decisions make sense to both of us. All you can expect from an excellent primary care physician.

To be clear, this review is not so much about Dr. Hall but his support staff and business practices. The office staff, PAs, and Medical Assistants do Dr. Hall a disservice. I have called multiple times to leave messages with Dr. Hall's Asst to get prescriptions refills called into the pharmacy. I ask for a call back in my multiple voicemails (but don't get one); the few times I have talked to her, she says she will call in the prescription (or already has) but doesn't; I ask the front desk staff to send her an email internally for her to call in prescriptions/call back with no response--you get the picture. The PAs disrespect patients' time and act as if being late is just something patients should accept. My clients/customers would not stand for that kind of attitude--why are medical practices different? They provide a service that I, as a customer, pay for (mind you, out of pocket). My time is valuable too. Be on time to appts. Don't overbook if it makes you run over on appts.

Please take the time to read this! This office is the most unprofessional office as they will never return a call, visits are not coded correctly and when you call to speak with them and try to explain the situation they will actually hang up on you as they don't want to deal with this. I was also told directly from our insurance company that we should switch Dr's as there are many negative records about them

So attentive to my needs , great listener

I have been seeing Dr. Hall for about the last 5 years. He is very attentive and a skilled physician. His office is very good about getting me in when I need to be seen and it is very convenient. My entire family sees him as well. I highly recommend Dr. Hall!
