He apparently is a very good doctor
The first two visits he was quite lovely. I was very impressed. The third visit he was adequate enough I suppose. The fourth visit he was obnoxious, arrogant, dismissive, and very disrespectful!!! For no apparent reason that anyone can figure out. Well, as luck would have it, my insurance dropped him. I was on the fence about not going back to him. As an aside, my mother was a patient as well. Apparently he did not do any follow up tests, etc.!! Well, her new doctor has found three issues that absolutely need to be addressed. All this man said was” Your EKG looks fine, see you in a year”. She has a few serious blockages, etc., that SHOULD have been addressed had she been given the standard yearly or bi-yearly tests that should have been taken. Well, it is what it is. No, I won’t highly recommend the man. Although I do think that he is a fairly decent doctor. He REALLY needs to work on his bedside manner though. Well, maybe he was having a really rough day the last time I saw him.

We've experienced the misfortune of having two loved ones under the care of Dr. Duane Heinrichs. It is our intention to share this review in hopes of preventing others from being negatively impacted by this individual's negligent manner of care. In both cases concerning our loved ones, they have been detrimentally affected by Dr. Heinrichs' lack of thoroughness, general disregard for detail, and the absence of a careful practice of medicine. People are supposed to be able to trust that their doctors have maintained the compassion and competence it takes to be in their position. Perhaps it is time for him to re-evaluate his passion for the job. We do wish everyone reading this review well.

Trust him with my life! I learned awhile back to respect a doctor and their time. It is not a social visit. Be prepared with your questions for the doctor, especially the good ones like Dr Heinrich.

Unfortunately, Tri-City Cardiology has become nothing more than a patient mill. Unorganized, long wait times, poor communication, poor customer service; definitely make you feel like just one of the herd. Will always schedule you with a PA after your first visit due to their enormous patient load. I gave a second star because I feel that my cardiologist (Dr. Heinrichs) is a fine enough doctor; BUT...he definitely needs to work on his demeanor, communication skills and be more thorough!!

Doctor didn't seem to respond well to questions about his recommended procedure of treatment and was disrespectful in his manner of reply to a request for a list of recommended drugs so we could look at the side effects. He seemed to take it personal and made an effort me belittle as a response.
