Dr. Duc Le, MD

I had an appointment at 1 pm. Filled out everything through the text I was sent and even received the text that morning to confirm. Got there for my 1 pm appointment and the receptionist tells me oh Dr never made it today. Okay. It would of been nice if I would of gotten a notice. Wasted my time! She proceeds to tell me she could make me an appointment for the next week. Umm no thank you.

DR LE STAFF IS AMZAZING AND HELPFUL VERY KIND AND SWEET. THE PROVIDERS TAKE THEIR TIME WITH THEIR PATIENTS AND LISTEN TO THEM.

While the office visit went really well, Dr. Joy failed to send my prescriptions to the pharmacy. This is horrible because now I’m forced to wait until after the Christmas holiday to even contact the office. If I had known she going to do this I would have went to urgent care. Moving forward if she’s the only one available I will wait for Dr. Le.

Doesn't fill prescriptions. Waited a hour in the office and 2nd time they never called in my rx

I really appreciate Dr. Duc Le, MD. and his all his staff they give you the one on one experience and actually listen to your concerns about your health. First Doctor I have had that doesn't rush you out of the room . Thank you all so much for helping me, CR

I am a type 1 diabetic. Dr. Le was very informative. Dr. Le explained all the options that were available for me. I had a single-site robotic hysterectomy. It went very well. He removed my uterus through a small incision in my belly button. Healing went as he described with less pain, no complications and a fast recovery. I would recommend to anyone.. Staff was very polite and helpful. Always had a smile every time I visited and if I called they would always get back with me in a timely manner. Thanks Dr. Le and the Sugarland staff.

Dr. Le actually cares about his patients. Very rare to find a good doctor like he is.

Norma who answers the phone there is extremely disrespectful. She lied to me on the phone over a month ago that she was fixing insurance correction. I called 3 weeks later and she forgot and never fixed it. Then said a manager would call and fix it. Then tells me there is no manager available to talk to and couldn't fix the billing coding issue after saying she would. I talked to her on the phone politely and she hung up on me! very rude I can't believe she is the face of this company!

Dr. Le is a decent Dr with a friendly personality. His office staff is another story altogether. Both Mary and Teresa lose their patience very quickly over the phone. Dealing with either of them for anything unless it is super simple is chore in itself. I shouldn't hang up with my Dr's office feeling like his office staff is inhospitable and impatient or short. That is unacceptable for people that deal with the general public in a medical setting.

Dr. Steve Le is the consummate professional. I'm 70 and I've never had a Doctor that kept up with new procedures, trials and studies as well as Dr. Le. He is kind and patient and I highly recommend him for any age patient.

I've been his patient for a couple of years now, but the past few months every time I make an appointment to see him personally (which he's only in Cleveland on Thursdays to begin with), he's unavailable or doesn't show up, and I have to see the PA. Really annoying when you have paperwork that require the doctor's signature only. If he doesn't want to see his patients he should drop them!!
