Dr. Nguyen is no good. After learning he has sexually assaulted my elderly mom & my sister is beyond sickening. For those in the medical field that think so highly of him are also apart of the problem. Dr. Nguyen needs to be charged & arrested not to mention his practice needs to be shut down immediately & should not be allowed to practice medicine.

Do not recommend
I don't recommend Dr. Nguyen at all. I was switched to him as my PCP by my insurance. After my annual mammogram found a lump in my breast, though the records were sent to him, he wouldn't give me the second referral for a follow up ultrasound unless I went into the office and he himself did a breast exam. I called after having an allergic reaction to a medication he prescribed and they never called back, I ended up going to an urgent care with a systemic allergic reaction and got way better treatment. On multiple occasions I waited hours to see him.

Outdated
Dr. Nguyen never talked to me he sat at his computer and keyed in whatever. Then he told me what he was going to do. He never really asked if I agreed or or if had questions. I do not appreciate physicians who think they have total control for a person just because he is the "doctor". Will not return.

Always satisfied with visits. Genuine caring Doctor. Waiting times in office may be longer than expected, but our visits are also extended with the Doctor.

Over refers, over schedules blood work, over charges. Wait time can be 2 hours. Same day appointments are a good feature but wait is even longer.

FEMALE PATIENTS OF DUNG T. NGUYEN, D.O., 7340 E SPEEDWAY BLVD, TUCSON, AZ 85710 SHOULD NOT BE EXAMINED WITHOUT A FEMALE CHAPERONE IN THE ROOM. I feel this is the quickest way to warn other patients who may be looking for a primary care physician, as filing a complaint with Arizona Medical Board is a long and arduous process and patients seldom check that website. If you are trusting this physician to care for an elderly female relative and cannot be in the room during every exam, go elsewhere.

I would not be alive today had I listened to his offhand advice. I had a life-threatening condition that he brushed off. I can't say it any clearer. I really should have filed a complaint with the medical board but I simply wanted to be done with him. My being alive today is an example of why a patient has to manage his or her own care.

Very nice man, but I've found he sometimes does not listen well and can be a bit of an alarmist. After a recent visit, I was called by the medical assistant to discuss some test results. She gave me a list of medication changes and several additional tests I would need. I was surprised and worried so I asked for an explanation of why this course of action was prescribed. Her attitude was borderline rude and she provided no further information or offer to have me speak directly with Dr. Nguyen.

Had an apointment scheduled for 10:30 arived 10 minutes early. At 11:20 walked out without being seen by the Doctor. Looby empty, lady up front unwelcoming. After me, a pharmaceuticals rep walks in, I am sure he took priority based on the conversation overheard in the background. Despite the fact that I have never meet the doctor, I don't want to place judgement on him, but don't waste your time with this office...
