Sadly, I never did get to come and be a patient of Dr. Viswanathan's because his office staff scheduling person (I will spare her by not naming her) is so inept. I made a total of five calls to their office after signing up with my insurance company for him to be my new primary care provider. I have never experienced such negligence as someone not responding to your email for five days, and given the information from another staff member three times. Since they only make new appointments by email and online, there was no way to bypass this inept person. So sad, today doctors get a bad rap because of their office staff...
