Dr. Dwayne Logan, MD

The doctor is very professional and amiable. The waiting time is not acceptable. I was told it was because you get extra patients from doctor calls. I suggest you either take those patients only at the end of the day after scheduled patients or you tell your patients scheduled to come an hour after they are scheduled. A two hour wait time is not reasonable

Dr. Logan is not only knowledgeable, he’s kind, nice, attentive to his patients needs and concerns. He listens and provide me with information I need to make decisions on procedures etc. Dr. Logan also has a great sense of humor…… I love his jokes, he makes me laugh when I’m a lil nervous about things. We laugh together and it makes me feel better. The office was clean and the staff was nice and friendly. Always greeted with a joyful smile and hello from all the staff in the office. Such professionalism!

The post surgery follow up was done by another provider and I had a very difficult time getting an appointment with Dr. Logan.I was not satisfied with the result of my surgery and still have major issues with my vision. Upon a follow-up with Dr. Logan I was offered additional surgery at a cost of $5000 but he did offer a CT scan. No second surgical opinion was offered to correct my current visual problems. I am unable to pay the $5000 to correct my vision problems and it should not be up to the patient to address it issues that has occur post operative.

Dr Logan is very knowledgeable in his field. I was born cross-eyed, so I have monovision and have a difficult time explaining to a lot of my doctors how I use my eyes being that I'm monovision. Dr Logan is very patient and understanding and is able to explain my vision issues to me so that I understand and know what's going on. Thank you Dr Logan.

Waiting indefinitely for a scheduled appointment.

The people were nice

Dr. Logan was very thorough, he explained everything, and answered all mine and my husband’s questions. He took his time, and genuinely seemed to have interest in my overall care.

Dr is very respectful and kind professional as well visited him for many years and he has always walked in the room with a smile.

This office had answers to all my questions. I didn't have to contact another party or different division to receive answers to my concerns.

He is an amazing surgeon. Explains everything. I trust him with my most precious sense vision

I don't know who that guy was that talked to me on the second visit, because what he had to say was completely different from what the first guy told me on the first visit. They both looked like Dr. Logan, but they each gave me very different opinions. After the first consultation, I came away feeling optimistic and grateful, because a long-time problem that was getting worse could be fixed. 'It can be done, if you know how to do it, and I know how to do it,' Dr. Logan said to me. Then on the second visit it was 'It's too risky.' Huh? He said he was talking to me like he would if I were a lawyer (?!). The new opinion was: We can do this other procedure that might make a slight difference, but it'll cost you $1300, and, oh, the facility is located almost two hours away. I think I'll pass on that. And thanks for getting my hopes up.That was my unfortunate experience with Dr. Logan.
