Wait time wasn't to bad considering it's ER. She was kind with my daughter, who felt horrible. She explained the medicines well and made my child comfortable.

Dr.Lewis,Dywanda walked in to see my son.I asked her to please turn the TV down.I am deaf. She looked at me and said”The remotes in the front.”She continue to examine my son with the TV up.I had to ask her several times to repeat herself.She very rudely did so,making sure we knew she was not happy about it!When she touched my sons painful eye he jumped and his hands went up.She looked at him and with her teeth clinched said “Do Not TouchMe!” We waited long to leave while hearing staff laugh&play
