I’ve been to so many different ENT Drs for my daughter. Her nose was always snotty. Not until my new primary care Dr referred me to Dr Mc.Laughlin and he found out why my baby was so snotty. He was so gentle with my baby even when putting the camera down her nose he did it with such care. And he explained everything to us while he was doing his examination. He is Heaven Sent… I wish all Dr was like Him

This was my 2nd visit and I can say I highly recommend this facility for anyone needing ENT care. The staff here are friendly and listen to what you, the patient have to say. From the receptionist to the Technicians and the Doctors, all are top notch. With my severe hearing deficit, it was nice of each staff member I encountered to look at me when they were talking as I also read lips to help me communicate. Thanks to everyone I had the pleasure of meeting today.

As per usual, I am always very satisfied with the services at this Johnson Street location. I've been a patient for over 10 years and never regretted a visit. Dr Rauh the audiologist is the kindest, Alyssa the office manager is just perfect. The male nurse who wears the religious black cap and triage Dr. MCLAUGHLIN's patients is just a sweetheart. He remembers you by name every time. As for Dr. MCLAUGHLIN, he is one of those physicians who cures what ails you by his mere bedside manner. As the kids today would say, he's the bomb!!!Love that office. I could go on if not for limited space.

I was really impress with the the complete service that I received from Dr Eamon McLaughlin and he staff. I was very scare because a problem in my right ear that cause I can't hear anything from it, and it happened in one day. The Dr reestablish my capacity to hear again in three visits (one a week). Imagine your worst experience dealing with the staff at a Doctors office - then imagine it being a little worse. This is it. I was told my surgery would cost a certain amount. I paid all amounts in accordance with what I was owed. I have now been sent to collections without any warning or notice. The staff at this office is horrible. From booking an initial appointment, to getting through to surgery, they have been truly terrible. This is insult to injury.

Very skilled Doctor, operated on my deviated septum, 1- week later after he removed the stents from my nose, the correction was incredible. I breed and feel a lot better. I highly recommend him.
