Wonderful physician!
Dr. Potts is a thorough, patient and excellent doctor. My family members and I feel very lucky to have been able to access care with him when Dr. Pearl retired.

I have been a patient of Dr. Potts for 35 years, but never really knew how good he was until 2 years ago when I had a serious medical problem. His casual manner became intense and totally focused on my current issue. I felt completely relaxed because Dr. Potts was in charge. His assistant Kelly is a joy as well as his other staff. If you can get in... he's the best!

My wife and I have been seeing Dr Potts since he was on Field St in the 80's. Great doctor and great person. His nurse Kelly is the best also. Never had a better doctor. Ray & Lisa Belanger, New Bedford

He is super friendly which makes each visit easy. Very knowledgeable and caring! He has the best nurse Kelly! She is also caring and kind. I refuse to go to any other Dr. He’s been my doctor for years ?? he doesn’t make you feel like he’s rushing to get to his next patient. He takes the time I need to ask questions and explain things! If he’s accepting new patients you better get an appointment you’ll never hate Dr appointments again!
