My tele-health appointment I waited 3 months for was wrongfully cancelled. Staff member, Ashley, claimed it was because I didn’t return her call to pay my co-pay. However, the 2 times she called me prior to the appointment where during the work day. I am a nurse and can’t run and take a phone call whenever I want. I did return her call after hours but was not going to leave my credit card information on a voicemail that was not secure. I called 3 times the day of my appointment to make the payment but no one returned my call until AFTER my appointment time. I have seen Dr. Flores in the past and never had this issue. He is not the problem but his staff is. At the very least, Ashley should have apologized and offered to get me an appointment as soon as possible. Now I will suffer even longer from my medical condition because I will have to find another GI doctor. Please don’t waste your time going here.

Dr Flores is absolutely the best gastroenterologist! He does a thorough medical and family history. He educates patients regarding risk factors. He provides individualized pre and post procedure follow up. I am cancer free due to the exceptional care I received.

Exceeded my expectations!

Terrific
Was scared about the endoscopy I was having due to never being under any form of anesthesia, but Dr Flores staff was awesome and made me feel better about the whole process prior to me having it done. Gastrointestinal issue resolved
During my preliminary visit for periodic colonoscopy, Dr. Flores helped me resolve a separate issue by reviewing my prescriptions and medications at no charge. Problem resolved. Two weeks later, I am still symptom free.
