I have followed up 6 times over three months over bloodwork and third-party billing. They don’t run your insurance properly. They do not provide any customer service and they don’t care. Simple as that. They really don’t. All of them you speak with. they promised endless callbacks and never once did I receive a call back and I am fighting horrible billing when I have great insurance. They don’t care. Especially Maylene.

I was referred to him as a basic oncologist. I made an appointment for a general, first appointment. I had to send all my records for review, which I did. I get there and he goes over issues with me and I am not a candidate for his services , fine. It's all of five minutes after he sees my chart in front of me.I received a bill for 501.00 for an outpatient visit from Lynn Care institute for that visit and 347.36 for administration fees. I If he read my reports, he requested, weeks in advance, he could have had his office call and cancel. However he did not! For a consultation visit this is an outrageous price. He did nothing in those five minutes to deserve such a fee. Lynn cancer institute and this Dr. Should be ashamed of themselves.
