horrible experience
absolutely horrible experience, always running out of my refills and meds. When I call for an appointment they never have anything available. had strep and they wanted me to wait over a week to be seen, then for a uti they said 20 days. unactable. office staff is rude and makes mistakes on medication refills and labs then they want to play the blame game.

Rude receptionist
We are new to El Paso looking for a primary doctor, I googled and made an appointment, the minute I walked in the office, i went to the counter, not even greeted by the lady at the counter but she looked at me and said, "do you have a mask?". I put it on as i turned to see if others were wearing there's and there were a few people not wearing a mask! she told me to sign and take a seat! not used to being treated like that, I sat for a few minutes and felt uncomfortable, so I got up and left, I was shocked that she was so rude, I have made a new appointment at a new location. Hope this review helps

Doctor used to be GREAT
He either has tooo many patients and does not have time. We never see Doctor Reyna anymore always other doctors or PA. Dr Reyna is a great doctor but his staff is unknowledgeable and makes ALOT of mistakes. Staff is rude and many do not even speak English.
