Dr. Franco was extremely caring ,patience and an awesome surgeon. My kidney transplant was extremely complex due to other surgeries I had in the peritoneal area. I also had an unusual set back and he did not hesitate to move quickly to identify the issue and resolve that day! He came to check in on me with the entire staff daily. He is and was our savior! It will be a year next month and we are so grateful to him and his staff.

Was short with me and rude. I went to another surgeon. Would not see him again.

Would not go to this surgeon. Had a very bad experience and complicated course after surgery.

Dr Franco performed a liver transplant surgery on me 11/21/2015. I have never had an issue with my transplant since. Dr Franco saved my life. His professionalism is outstanding. His bedside manners are excellent. Before my surgery he explained everything to me in layman's terms, leaving no stone unturned. His life's dedication to saving lives, saved mine. I thank him for his years of study, making him an excellent transplant surgeon. Lastly, I thank the organ donor's selflessness, by making a choice to be an organ donor.

He performed an arthroscopic appendectomy on me and said I will go home the next day and he cut my intestines. 3 days later he said I needed emergency surgery to repair my intestines. I then got an infection and sepsis. I then got tunneling in my incision and he had to cut my incision again. I was in the hospital 15 days and it took 2 months to heal the incision. My abdomen muscles won't fully heal for an entire year.
