Had a good experience with MD and staff. Desk staff pleasant on the phone and in person. Nice to have employees answer a phone, not a call center. Assistants who do exams also pleasant. MD easy going. Corrected condition that sometimes occurs after cataracts removed. Used a laser and very quick procedure. Only suggestion... let patients know if one is to be in a room for a period of time or certain eye drops take a period of time to take effect so one knows.

I find it amazing that a person like Dr. Besser still exists! He truly is “old school” in his approach. Dr. Besser patiently describes his findings and offers solutions calmly and compassionately. He and his staff are very pleasant, helpful and timely. I couldn’t get better treatment! Thanks Dr. Besser and staff!

If you got nothing to do in your life and are OK to be treated like animals taking you from one room to another, this place is for you. We had an appointment at 10 am and got there at 9:50 am to fill out the paperwork. The waiting room was full of people as if you had walked in an urgent care. After almost one hour they call us in and a nurse asks "why we're here for". We explain she takes typical eye exam for glasses then takes us to another waiting area till a room is empty and we can have th

7/13/16 As a new patient to Dr. Besser I was totally impressed by the marvellous reception by his staff. As for Dr. Besser I have never had any doctor explain to me and show me on the screen what exactly was going on with my eyes.
