Dr. Eduardo Cabrera, MD

I waited for over an hour for a Medicare Wellness appointment. No one provided any information about the wait. I had to leave for another appt. After, I called and was scheduled for telemedicine since I am at my summer home in NH. A week after the telemedicine was scheduled, They called me and said that they would not do the telemedicine and I had to come into the office. I needed refills on regular prescriptions and I explained that these are meds that I have been taking for years and cannot stop. The office called me and told me that since I had not waited, for my wellness appt., they would no longer provide services to me. This left me with NO DOCTOR to prescribe my regular medications! I had not been pleased with the service of the practice. Now, I believe that I have been treated unfairly. And, how could a doctor just tell me to find another provider when I needed meds and was trying to work them? ENTIRELY UNACCEPTABLE!

He’s a nice man, if you have complaints he will discuss and if needed recommend a specialist and follow up. I’ve been seeing him for about 5 years. He’s is always open to new suggestions, supportive of my participation in my own care. He has been great with me.

Don't have any type of expectations from Dr. Cabrera. I was that type of patient that always hoped he'd randomly demonstrate concern or would look me to my eyes when I talked or listen to my complains to understand my pain. Unfortunately, that never happened, he was always typing on his laptop, but I don’t know what he would type (other than my overweight) facts ar he never updated my chart with new IMPORTANT diagnosis from other providers. However, it wasn’t till Dec, when he completely deviated all standards of care... as he abandoned/dropped me as a patient, (due to a well research weight loss supplement I found and shared with him explaining that it might help with my urine retention) All of this occurred, while I was consulting with ‘Florida Cancer Specialist” and needed immediate treatment from “my provider”, but to my surprise, I literally begged to see any DR but not only did he refuse the treatment, I was BANNED TO SEE ANY PROVIDER IN THE PHYSICIANS REGIONAL BUILDING!
