the attention of the doctor and all his staff is excellent. I feel at home when I see them or make a call. they answer all my questions and give me support and solutions. undoubtedly the best attention and human service!!!

Dr. Eduardo Kofman has been my gastroenterologist for several years. He was recommended by several sources who were extremely satisfied with his care. I’m so glad I listened to them and became his patient. I had a screening colonoscopies and upper endoscopies. He was so patient explaining the entire process, from the adequate preparation before the procedure, how I was going to feel during the anesthesia and after the procedure. His office staff was also extremely helpful dealing with the insurance coverage. They were always smiling and accommodating my needs. I had some minor discomfort after the procedure, much less than I was expecting. Dr Kofman is a great doctor, a terrific gastroenterologist, with an empathy towards the patient that is hard to find. I can happily say that I strongly recommended him and his staff.

Many of the times I have had to contact the staff at this office was by calling from out of town. Everyone is as pleasant as can be desired. Sandra, Jennifer, I wish I had gotten every name of everyone spoken with to mention them. They are all wonderful in their professionalism.

The front desk clerk is very rude and don't know how to talk to patients. She has a really nasty attitude.

This doctor is very caring and spends time with his patients. He explains the problem and how to take care of it.

Dr Kofman is a good professional and I will recommend him without reservations but he should train and control his staff and secretaries .They are rude, difficult and not helpful. I probably will never return to this office because of his staff. He is losing patients because his office window staff attitude, and he should be aware of this problem.

Dr. Kofman as a doctor fine. Lots of people at the same time, its like a drive thru service. If you need special med's get approved by insurance, may not happen, not your place to get approved or at least chance for appeal. They talk big, done nothing. Good luck new patience.

Dr. Kofman has no bedside manners. He was very rude to my mother-in-law on her very first visit. Needless to say, we will never go to him again, and we highly suggest that you refrain from going or taking your love one to this doctor.

I had an issue with this office. The Dr. secretary made a mistake and sent me to do all lab test to Quest Diagnostic but I have United Health Care and Quest in not preferred. I sent several emails to Sandra (Dr's wife) but they don't want to accept that they made a mistake. So now I have to pay more than $800 from my pocket. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Also the girl who answer the phone has the worst attitude

After visiting 2 specialists, for my condition getting worse,Doctor Koffman made the correct diagnosis, I am fine.

When I was 18 years old he was able to help me out when I had liver & kidney failure. He flew me out to Herman Hospital in Houston. Everything went great, I keep seeing Dr Kofman for any medical concerns. Highly recommended,friendly, goes above & beyond!!!
