Today i walked in to the office to be greeted by a new office member who had food in her mouth and on her face as she greeted me. She asked for my insurance card and ID, but I didn't have the insurance card ??. When I told her i didn't have it, was a long time patient, and i really needed to see the Dr., she said she would talk to her office manager. He not only did not let me see the dr, did not let me speak with him, nor did he have the dr call me as promised multiple times.

The last 3 times i have left his office feeling offended and disrespected. Always being asked why im on ssi for starters. Trauma doctor on top of genetics!!! Only i know my anxiety and panic attacks severity, and to be told there in my head and will go away in minutes. With all due respect mine dont. Otherwise, i could drive a car w/o hesitation, go in public without freaking out to name a few. My ADD which has been part of all my life and treated for you abruptly take me off. U say i dont need.
