Office staff left a message on voicemail canceling surgery to remove a cyst. They never followed up. When we called about pre-op a couple of days prior to original surgery date, we were told… we cancelled your surgery. By the time they squeezed us in, weeks later, the cyst grew outside the boundary of the bladder. Dooh! Then came the lymphatic cancer, and now several brain tumors.Go elsewhere. But that’s just my opinion.

Run, do not walk, away from this office.

I failed to schedule an appointment after numerous months. It was a simple procedure that turned into a gross waste of my time. The back-office staff needs better training or there needs to be better systems based on the volume of patients. I waited an hour and had to confront the front desk staff to get an answer to a simple question. In fact, they didn't have me scheduled properly, and I had to seek a different Doctor. Unfortunate. If you call multiple times and they don't answer, it's a sign of how things will go from there.

This guy was great for a penile implant but otherwise I’d find a different urologist! Very long wait times! Most of the staff is not really friendly, scheduling tests take forever also!!

Dr. Becker diagnosed me with bladder cancer back in 2008, he saved my life for which I am forever great full. His staff is great, especially Jami and Sam Cyril. I honestly don’t know how Jami does it!

I waited close to an hour in a packed waiting room Beware doesn't adhere to CDC guidelines. No social distancing no hand sanitizer no clean pens! Dr couldn't keep his mask above his nose. When I called for the results of my urine test I was told it was negative. After continuing to see blood in my urine I called again to be sure & was told I had no sample on file. Not only was I given false info they lost my urine sample!!

Dr Becker did my procedure. It was fast and painless. I was nervous about having it done but Dr Becker and his team took great care of me.

Worst place I've ever been to seek medical advice. The worst Doctor (Becker) and worst staff. lost medical xrays, two hour wait to see him only to be told. I dont know what's wrong with you.

Waited 2 hours to make his appearance in the Cubicle only to be told...I don't know what's wrong with you. Didn't check me or even send me for test. That's easy money.
