Lyme Disease patients run away! Having had this undiagnosed for 53yrs(told it's not in CA) he tells me the low WBC count is due to a cold. Every Dr. before Dr. Blews has told me the exact same thing, making this the longest cold EVER(7yrs). Dr. Blews needs to tell my Kaiser Oncologist the on going every 3 months blood work is a waste of time & money. Kaiser can't help people w/Lyme Disease, go to a Lyme Literate Medical Doctor (Irvine has a couple), that will give you back your life.

dr. blews appears competent, but he simply is NOT. he answers to a lot of questions about infectious diseases but frankly has little to no idea how to treat a patient, an actual human being, with a potential infectious disease. he refused to do basic research which would have benefited my father. he allowed my father's brain to remain inflamed for more than a month as he squandered valuable time repeating tests unnecessarily instead of making a diagnosis, with catastrophic consequences.
