I was in the pain rehab program. I was pegged as a druggie even though I was not, but they assumed bc I was a nurse.. WRONG,. Dr Covington had the foulist mouth I had ever heard. I understood the concept of the program, but was what a arrogant man,, I met a very nice woman in the program in 2003, and we are still best of friends. I did get a few good things out of the program. There was even a nurse working that refused to even speak to me bc I was a nurse.

Dr. Covington, while very knowledgable, permiates his clinic with a judgemental, condescending and sometimes cruel environment. This behavior is mimicked by his doctor underlings and nursing staff. Patients routinely come in taking pain meds which can lead to eradic behavior. I witnessed the staff frequently roiling their eyes at patient behavior and publically scolding them. Every day, at least one patient was berated to tears, again in a meeting with other patients present.
