I went to MedExpress to have my ears cleaned. The PA who took care of me was competent and professional. When she finished Dr. HARTWIG D.O came in to review her work. He inserted an instrument in my ears without bein careful and cut the inside of my left ear. He then inserted part of a paper towel to absorb the bleeding, which he indicated should stop in about 3hours (actually the bleeding lasted throughout the night. I was told to return to MedExpress the following day so that physician's assistant could apply medicine to the wound and bandage the bleeding. STAY AWAY FROM DR. HARTWIG: He is a rude and careless doctor.

He treated me when I cut my pinky finger and gave me 7 stitches. He did not rush the procedure of administrating sutures and was very caring and professional. I have several follow-up visits and appreciate his excellent care.

I saw Dr. Hartwig yesterday for a bad cough and congestion. I had seen my pulmonologist 2 days earlier, but was not getting better. My pulmonologist was out of town and I was feeling worse. Dr. Hartwig took the time to go over all my medications, carefully examine me and, above all, listened carefully to all my concerns. He gave me his full, undivided attention. I left with an additional prescription and a sense that this doctor truly cared about his patients. Would totally reccomend him.
