Refused Referral
He refused the referral without knowing what I was seeing him for or having any of my medical records. I needed maintenance of prescriptions for spasticity. He instead automatically suggested another doctor and toxin injections.

The reason it takes so long in the waiting room is because Dr Kramer spends time with each patient as much is needed. He answers all question and he figures out how to solve your personal problems and the treatment. He is awesome and I havent met many Drs like him that really care about me instead of just the pay

Dr. Kramer is the most caring doctor I have ever met. I was sent to him by my pcp to confirm my diagnosis of multiple sclerosis. He spent a lot of time answering questions that I had. He is a great teacher to his patients and family members. He and his wife have made his office into a beautiful, happy place with artwork, and great music playing in the waiting room.
