I didn't like the huge complex he is in. It felt very cold and I felt like a face in the crowd. When I finally got called back, his nurse was very stoic and annoyed and I don't think she smiled once. Office decor was religious in nature which might be ok for some but not me as I felt uncomfortable. The nurse also miscommunicated something to the doc that made me very embarrassed because it wasn't true. Doctor was cold and patronizing. I'm going to keep looking for a PCP.

Dr Leins had a very relaxed yet caring "bedside manner" at my first visit with him. He was a very attentive listener... VERY IMPORTANT! He didn't push me to take the recommended tests like a mammogram, pap, bone density or the dreaded colonoscopy, nor did he make me feel negligent not to. I didn't have to wait long to see him. He was thorough yet got me in and out timely. I was highly satisfied with my visit with him.

There was a miscommunication about the day for which my husbands appointment was scheduled for . When my husband showed up and found out it wasn't the right day he left . The secretary called him back and told him to come back in bc they would work him in. When he arrived he waited in the lobby until the nurse came out and chewed him out for being there . He said there was "no proof " that he was ever scheduled for that day and continued to embarrass him in the lobby. Unprofessional at best.

Dr. Liens dropped my daughter as a patient because his staff said she missed three (3) appointments. She had an appt in Jan and showed up on time, but had to wait for about 20-30 mins (insurance issues) only to have them tell her it was too late to get her in to see the doctor. And no followup appt was scheduled in Feb, much less two. She knew nothing about those Feb appts and attempted to explain this to the staff, but they didn't care and said the doctor chose to still drop her. Very poor!!
