Went in for a surgical consultation for deviated septum surgery and wanted to know about rhinoplasty as well, was told by Dr. Scheiner he would need to do two surgeries first to see the cause and begin fix the problem or something like that and was told the second he would be able to do the rhinoplasty and charge it to the insurance as a necessary part of the deviated septum surgery. I get done the first surgery and my nose is all messed up my airway was worse than before and my nose was noticeably crooked. The next time we see the doctor and ask about the second surgery he pretends we never talked about adding the rhinoplasty or talks about how he made my nose worse and rushes us through the appointment. I lost trust in his surgical abilities and decided to go to another surgeon and was told the surgery was done all wrong but got everything fixed and can breathe 10x better.

Fabulous and caring doctor/ ENT. He did a very complicated Deviated Septum surgery and has been beyond compassionate. He explained how bad my condition was and should eventually be able to breathe freely. I have suffered for over 25 years with a wrong diagnosis from another ENT. Thank you Dr. Scheiner.
