I went to the ER with chest pain, shortness of breath and back pain, I thought I may have pleurisy and informed him of that. Now today I'm burning up with a fever and still very feel very ill, not so much chest pains, but cough and now fever. I was told I just have acid reflux and it can't be that because my xray was normal, but X-rays will be normal if you have only pleurisy without fluid but may show fluid if you have a pleural effusion.
