Dr. Whelan's bedside manner was pleasant. However, he or his nurses/assistants improperly put a cast on my daughter and it cut her leg down to the tendon. She is still experiencing problems 6 years later and no one even admits wrongdoing. Her broken bones never pierced the skin, it was the cast.
