Last year I went to the hospital and was told I’d need to be induced due to my baby’s heart rate dropping. My OB was currently out of town and Dr. Hayes was the on call doctor. He made me feel comfortable and don’t treat me as if I was “another paycheck”. Before this encounter males doctors made me uncomfortable, now I don’t judge a book by its cover.

I am a fairly new patient as of January, whom needs specialty services because I am having serious problems with my menstrual cycle and dealing with pelvic pain. I have been able to see Dr. Hayes only 2 times in the past 2 months because it is nearly impossible to get through to the office to schedule appointments, or contact them after they leave a message for you. It is very frustrating when there is something physically wrong with you, and it seems like you are not getting help with it. Dr. Hayes is very kind and seems quite knowledgeable in his field, but his office staff is not too polite or accessible, for which they are the point of contact in order to see him. I spent 2 hours (constantly between 3 and 5 pm, and while at work) trying to reach somebody to confirm an appointment they wanted me to reschedule. I am very stressed out, and about ready to look for a new doctor already.

Although Dr. Hayes is a great Dr, his office and staff are less than subpar. The staff are unprofessional and don't seem to care. Open urine samples just left all over the counter, on every visit, while you the patient are made to wait next to them while a nurse tests your sample. Disgusting. Led to a room which still had the previous patient's pap smear kit left used on the counter and used wax paper on the exam bed. Disgusting. It's all quite a shame, look elsewhere for another ob.

Best doctor ever ! I had been extremely nervous about every detail since I became pregnant and was unsure of the process . He walked me through every step and when I had to monitor my vitamin D on top of having high blood pressure , he always reassured me that my baby was okay and we would take it week by week. I was induced 1.5 weeks early but that day was perfect and absolutely fabulous thanks to Dr. Hayes ! So grateful for him and his whole team ! He even sent flowers to my house afterwards!

Delivered my firstborn in 2010. Had he not made the judgement that I was having a larger baby than what ultrasound had configured, I would have had a c section. Was induced at 38 wks and already had a baby weighing 8 lbs 8 oz and pushed for a long time. He was there at delivery and did the best job of stitching me up down there as compared to other OBs I have had in other states at delivery. I saw him for every appt which also is rare in other practices Ive been to. Very thorough and humorous!

Dr Hayes was referred to me by a friend. He and his team are all knowledgeable and friendly. As my first ever pregnancy, I had many questions and they answered them all and took time for me. I was able to see Dr. Hayes himself at all my appointments by just asking about his availability. My baby girl is due May 1st, 2017 and I am so pleased and comfortable knowing Dr Hayes is in charge. Thank you !!

Office staff is inattentive. They do not have an ultrasound on premises. They do not answer the phone. They send you to places for procedures that don't even do them. They do not return calls. They let their patients think they're still pregnant and wonder why they're bleeding because they don't have the courtesy to call their patients when an ultrasound comes back irregular for over 3 days. Deplorable treatment during a sensitive time. BUT...they have NO TROUBLE taking your money!
