Professional, friendly, funny, warm, talented, caring are just a few if the words that describe Dr. Porter! I had a Groupon years ago and used it to get a cleaning! I was so surprised at how comfortable he made me by explaining everything in layman’s terms that I drove 45 minutes to go see him! He fixed my entire mouth from what the previous dentists messed up! I’ve been going to them for years and I highly recommend 10/10!Julie and the rest of the team are phenomenal as well!

I have been a patient of Dr Porter for quite a while, but my mother has recently become a patient of his as well. He and his staff are always so kind and patient with her. Prompt and professional, but willing to take a few minutes just to chat and make her feel comfortable. She actually enjoys her appointment days because they take such an effort to make sure she is good. Taking great care of me is one thing, but taking great care of my mom is a different story. 10 out of 10….highly recommend

I can't say enough good things about Charlotte Dental Arts. Dr. Porter has assembled a team that is dedicated to giving patients the best experience possible. Dr. Porter is obviously a well trained dentist and has always provided excellent care. I've been most pleased with his technique of teeth whitening. And oh, Dr. Porter does not believe in pain. He is always concerned that you are comfortable and not in any discomfort. When you call the office you don't get an annoying phone tree. You speak to a real person. The staff members are professional, competent, and always ready to assist. I have had need of a dentist while two states away. I called Charlotte Dental and they got me in the next day. I highly recommend Charlotte Dental Arts as one of the best dental practices in Charlotte.

I’ve been going to Charlotte Dental Arts since I was in Middle School (10+ years ago) and can’t say enough good things about them. Dr. Porter has always been incredibly helpful and attentive to detail. He only recommends treatment if he sees it as 100% necessary. The rest of the staff are warm and welcoming and make the trip to the dentist an enjoyable experience. I’ll be going to this group for as long as I’m in the Charlotte area!

I have been seeing Dr Porter for at least 20 years now. I was petrified of dentists and had delayed treatment for 10 years prior to my first visit with him. My mouth was a mess. He got me though multiple procedures using sedation dentistry at first. Through the years he and all of the staff there have been professional, kind and patient.

Dr. Porter and his staff are truly concerned and care about my oral health. They practice state of the art dentistry, efficient, and provide excellent patient teaching.

Doctor Porter was good and they take care of me very well. Kristen, Laura and Wanda are very helpful.

Dr. Porter and his staff have mastered the art of balancing professionalism with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I broke my jaw 45 years ago and have been treated by quite a few dental professionals as a result. None were better than Dr. Porter and his team. I recommend them unequivocally.

I would HIGHLY recommend this practice. No wait, will fit you in if there is a issue, professional but yet very friendly. They cater to cowards and explain exactly what is going to happen. They go over the cost prior to service and stay with the cost. The entire staff treats like family. AND they call to check up on you after your visit. That is customer service and caregiving.

Friendly staff, welcoming office, and excellent care with a long term dental care plan. What more could you ask for? Heather worked around my work schedule to book my first appointment with grace. Katie, the dental hygienist, was a joy and was so efficient and throughout. Dr. Porter is personable and took the time to explain what he was doing and what he would recommend for my personalized dental care. Wanda met with me to review my personalized treatment plan and answered all of my questions.
