The officer workers are very rude, I only called about finding a primary doctor to replace the one I had because he retired. I wanted to make sure they had no issue continuing ALL my medications. They never told me either way, My big mistake was when they asked for my insurance info to see if they took my insurance. I was not told I was being charged to answer that question or it was a telehealth visit. I learned a couple days later they sent in one prescription out of about eight and billed my insurance as a new patient. I called at least 50 doctors asking the same thing and not one billed me like this one did. If they said they would not prescrible any of them, I moved on. This one did not tell me either way but because they had my insurance info, billed CareFirst and they paid it but they keep billing me for $20.00 which I have told them I will not pay. I would file an action for the other money, but legally I cant since I did not pay it, but if they keep harassing me.

Dr. Kessous is an excellent communicator, with a rare blend of disarming directness. I truly appreciate his demeanor. He examined my son for an FAA physical, and I immediately asked if he had room for me as a new GP patient. His administrative and professional staff are exceptional, and are also great communicators; a core office value that is greatly appreciated. They are caring, capable, and always respectful; a rarity these days among the vast medical offices/clinics.

unfortunate when i scheduled the first appointment with him (it was virtual appointment regarding covid 19 ) , after 2 hours waiting in front of the screen he didn't show up ; if i did that to him instead ;his clinic (MONTGOMERY MEDICAL CLINIC )they would l charge me $35 fine !!!!! !

Very pleasant visits at Montgomery Medical Clinic. From Dr. Kessous’s care and willingness to help you out, to the lovely ladies & gentleman who work alongside with him, I wouldn’t want any other primary care physician or clinic. Highly recommend this office for your needs.

I was in search of a new primary care Dr for myself and family. I met with Dr Efraim Kessous today and decided within minutes that He was ideal for numerous reasons. He understands and listens to what's really going on in your life and at the same time has the ability to communicate medically what's the best course of action to take. I would strongly recommend Dr Kessous on all levels!!!

Ever since I switched Dr. Kessous to be my primary physician, It has been proven time after time that it has been the one of the best decisions that I have ever made, and THAT is a very bold statement! Dr. Kessous, Norma, and Jennifer have seen me in some of my worst moments and have made it THERE duty to make sure that I am well take care of, and that all of my questions are being answered. I would recommend Montgomery Medical Group to every body! I feel very blessed!!! :-)
