I was misdiagnosed with a top cardiologist in a major hospital. Due to that I almost died. The ER staff told me to see an electrophysiologist. Dr Gonzalez was highly recommended as the best in his field in this area. He immediately knew my condition and did the surgery. Although I was freaked out he always responded to my questions, explained the reality and made sure I understood. Thankfully I am 100% today. I literally trusted him with my life and am so grateful I did.

My appointment was canceled and moved to another day. I adjusted my schedule and went to the office on the new day assigned. Nobody was wearing masks in the whole office - it is the first time since the beginning of the pandemic I go to an medical office and nobody has a mask at least to interact with patient. I was obligated to take off my mask for picture. They expected me, the patient, to check the insurance, but I gave all the information when the appointment was set. They were rude and after I even paid and waited, they decided not to provide the service. Refused to take me. I was a patient of this doctor for many years, in other offices - he changed groups several times - and was coming back to this new office due to a new problem aggravated probably by covid. Proof of the cancelation of my payment could not be provided by the staff that told me to call the credit card.

The worst experience in a medical office. Staff disrespectfull,without any professional skills. I decided to change the cardiologist and the records I requested has so many errors that appears from another client. I asked to correct them and they never answer my request.Don't lose time, go to a better office.

The best cardiologist ever. He have been saving my life for nearly 15 years. The way he treat his patients and their family is A+ and his ethics and his knowledge is admirable and is more than a A+++. I respect and admire him as a profesional and as a beautiful human being

HORRIBLE... The staff is VERY unprofessional and rude. You have to ask him for things (do you think you can do an EKG?). Try to find another doctor if possible.

Amazing Doctor , takes the time to listen, checks patients file throughly , sends all the necessary test . Really cares about the patient’s health .

Dr. Gonzalez has been my cardiologist prior to and after a heart attack and is nothing less than awesome...caring, honest and helpful.

Dr. Efrain Gonzalez is wonderful. Experienced, kind and caring. He was previously with a group of cardiologists and the office was way too busy. But now the new office with just him is soo much better!

Met him at a hospital when he visited my room and gave me his card. Seems knowledgeable but has trouble keeping appts. Orders every test under the sun if you let him. Had me retake a $1500 test because the technician made an error but made no effort to reimburse me for the botched test. Thinks patients are made of money. Only works Tuesdays and Thursdays but don't bother making morning appts because he will be late. I got tired of the abuse and switched to another electrophysiologist.
