Dr Wu was very informative and flexible with his schedule to get me back in later in the day due to scheduling failing to inform me I need a driver after the procedure. He was also performed the procedure quick and with very little if any pain.

Dr Wu is wonderful. He has a great personality that shows his professionalism and respect for me as a patient. I am very comfortable when I am discussing some very uncomfortable medical issues. He is so easy to talk to and takes the time to make sure I am fully understanding the medical side of the issue.

Best Doctor ever
I live in Palm Desert and he was our Doctor for about 10 years. He is very ethical, compassionate, and caring Doctor I ever met. He took care of me and my husband for 10 years. I miss him so much. Trust me he is the best

We have been seeing Dr Wu for a solid 10years. We’ve seen ups and downs like any business, but the commander has always been Efren…..not anymore! Front office made an appointment, but when I arrived at the scheduled date and time I was informed that another patient had this appointment. Finally got through to PA Cami and she could see the mistake the front office made. To date, I've been trying to pay a bill for over 6 weeks and no one will return a phone call....NOT one person can answer or return a phone call, let alone collect a payment?!? Now it's desert oasis healthcare.....we are out!

My family has been going to Dr. Wu for many years and he is an awesome doctor. He listens to what you have to say and gives you the time you need (not rushing through an appointment). The staff is helpful and courteous. I highly recommend them!!!

This is the best Dr in town. Best staff.... especially now that Jamila is there. Shes super professional. Not that there was a problem before but Jamila was a HUGE UPGRADE. Veronica too. As you can see Im a normal person that is able to spell so trust me. I used to have to call for follow ups with the older staff. Now its the perfect office with the new staff

I've been a patient of Dr Wu for the past 4 years and I was reading reviews and I was a little upset on his last one about his office staff. I personally think Dr wu is one of the most caring and knowledgeable doctors here in the Coachella Valley. I don't like to be disrespectful towards people but his office staff has gotten better. Jamila, dora, and veronica are amazing. Jamila if you read that last review don't let that bother you. You do an amazing job, so keep being great!
