Dr Shams physician assistant and office staff
I was a patient of Dr Shams during the height of my hospitalization for a lung condition. Though i felt he was concerned, much was left up to his Physcians assistant and staff. His PA is god awful, his staff is unresponsive lazy and awful. Getting refills was frustrating and horrible. I didn't receive the care I needed thus becoming angry and frustrated and when trying to relay this to the staff was passed off as being combative though anyone would be frustrated when trying to manage a chronic health condition and not having the support of a doctor who cant even follow through with refilling prescribed medication. Im so glad I switched physicians! Avoid this office.

I have met several doctors in my life who will treat you and move on I have never met with a doctor that will come down to your personal level and almost do anything to make you feel better and give you hope in life again. Dr. Shams is a amazing human being before doctor I love this man for who he is he is honest, helpful, know what he is doing, and God fearing. I would strongly recommend Dr. Shams as I trust him with my life.

Doctor Shams has an incredible bedside manner. His ability to explain what is going on with you is second to none! If you’re a nervous person he has a calming way to relax you as he is speaking. I found him to be a Godsend!

Dr Shams treated my daughter at NCH in Sept of 2017. She was seriously ill and he saved her. I will forever be grateful to him!! His knowledge, compassion and active listening make him one of THE finest physicians I have ever seen. Needless to say, he will now be every member of my family's Dr!
