I have gone to see her when she is the only doctor available. She does not have a good bedside manner and can come across as dismissive and condescending. I only go to to the doctor if I have sick for a while feel pretty bad. I am prone to get a sinus infection after viruses and she reluctantly will prescribe an antibiotic but seems annoyed by it. It’s really weird.

As a long time patiencient of Dr. Beale, I commend her for her persistency 20 years ago when we found my lump of early stage BC. However over the years the office has gone really down hill with customer service, (delay in answering & returning calls, incorrect information about change in procedures, etc) Dr. Beale has also shown a bit of burn out over the years and it does show in her demeanor, rapport and time spent with patients. after several lies from the front desk office (because I do fact check and follow-up) I have since left the practice after 35 years..Now I'm Liking my new geriatric physician who provides a fresh look at wholesome health and well-being.

I find Dr. Beale to be highly professional, knowledgeable, focused and insightful. Last year, while scheduling lab work related to a long term medical issue, I made brief mention to the receptionist of how long it was taking me to get into bicycling shape. I was planning to ramp up the pace of my bicycling, thinking I was slow to get into shape because I was getting closer to retirement. For years prior to this, bloodwork for my annual physicals was stellar. Within less than an hour I received a phone call asking that I return to the office. Dr. Beale questioned me more about my bicycling experience, which led to an in-office EKG. Dr. Beale promptly referred me to a cardiologist, where testing revealed a blockage. Medication failed to resolve the blockage and I had a stent placed in October of 2020. The procedure revealed an 80% blockage of my left coronary artery. Today I am back to my bicycling routine. Without Dr. Beale, I would be a bicycling fatality statistic.

Thanks for recommending that patients avoid her. I want a compassionate doctor for an older relative. Surely this doctor doesn't seem to be!

Dr. Beale has been my Primary Doctor for quite some time now. Admittedly so, she does indeed lack empathy and tends to rush things. Being that She specializes in Family Medicine, there definitely needs to be an improvement made to Her bedside manners. Dr. Beale tends to speak in a very condescending way, making you feel as though your concerns about your own health are invalid! Sadly, I will have to switch Doctors very soon. A Doctor should show care and concern for His or Her patients. Not rushing one through their appointment, but thoroughly listening to their health concerns. Verifying that you do your part in assisting your patients, as best as possible. And I can attest that Dr. Beale does none of which. When it comes to health concerns, She is a risk that I cannot take any longer.

Dr Beale has terrible bedside manner. She makes you feel dumb when you bring up problems. She does not give a proper physical exams and skips important health screening questions. does not screen for postpartum depression. She does not try to make small talk with her patients or try to get to know them. There’s a reason why she always has availability. She has no empathy whatsoever. She does not appear knowledgeable. I would not trust her. She belongs in an urgent care facility, not family med

I would rate Dr. Beale much higher than the other reviewers. She has been consistently patient and friendly, takes my health concerns seriously, and doesn't over prescribe medications or order unnecessary tests. The Blue Bell office is great because you can get all your testing done on site and then meet back with her to discuss the results all in a relatively short time. I've been seeing her for years and I have not a single complaint. I highly recommend her.
