Knowledgeable and Patient-centered
I am three-week post-covid with residual symptoms and would like to know the next steps to help me feel better. Called HCA after work today and Donna immediately set up a Telehealth appointment for me with Dr. Reale for the same evening. Dr. Reale is very patient-centered and compassionate. She took the time to listen to my concerns, answered all my questions, and formulated a treatment plan. I feel that I am being heard and well cared for.
