Arrogant
Arrogant and rude, barely does her job as a medical doctor, unprofessionalism covered with fake empathy. I am in the process of changing my doctor.

Complete lack of concern
Dr. Sverdrup does not seem to care about her patients. No follow-up on treatments at all. She was assigned to my husband at the VA. He presented with concerns about his mental health, such as depression, anger and anxiety. This caused severe problems for him and people around him, as it does with so many vets. He was anxious, lashing out at his family and just generally experiencing a lack of wellbeing. She put him on Zoloft. Next visit she did not inquire with even ONE WORD about how things were going. When I urged him to follow up a nurse basically dismissed him when he expressed an interest in upping the dosage. Just wrote him a prescription for the previous dose without even really talking to him. So much for caring about vets. Why is your first question always "Do you have thoughts about harming yourself" when you don't care anyway? It took all my strength to talk him into even TRYING an antidepressant, and it was all for nothing. Think about the damage you are causing.

Not happy with the quality of care I received.
Dr. Sverdrup ignores requests for medication refills, documentation, etc. She seems to have contempt for her patients. And I could have sworn she was speaking very poorly of me when she was in the other room with the door closed thinking I couldn't barely hear her. If you have an issue which obviously requires you to see a specialist then you have to waste your time making an appointment with her before she will give you a referral to the specialist.
