Dr. Chen and the entire team were absolutely fantastic. The process of a reduction mammaplasty excited yet terrified me- Dr. Chen and NP Stephanie Volo eased all my fears from day one. They were truly there for me through the entire process, making me feel as comfortable as possible. Every follow up, pre and post op appointments Dr Chen approaches with such a positive energetic approach... always happy with you smile wish is definitely nice to see when you begin recovery. Dr Chen and her team are always available for questions. I use the my chart portal and typically get a response within 24 hours.

Dr. Chen performed a panniculectomy and abdominoplasty for me after a 100 pound weight loss and I'm VERY happy with the results so far (it's been 3 months). I have been really impressed with how she and everyone in her office have been so supportive from the initial consultation through the post-operative care.
